• Where are items shipping from?
Items are being shipped from Australia.
• Is tracking included?
Tracking is available for most destinations on checkout. Orders which have purchased tracking will have door-to-door tracking, with limited tracking for ineligible destinations. Please contact us with your country of residence if you would like more information.
• When are you sending PDFs?
We will be aiming to send PDFs 1-2 weeks after all orders have shipped. Follow our socials for updates.
• When will my order arrive?
Orders are currently planned to ship in August 2023.
• May I cancel my order or get a refund?
If we have not shipped your order, please contact us and we will arrange a refund.
